Where can I check my exchange application status?

You can check your application status in these locations:

1. Personal Account (Registered Users): Log in, go to “Exchange History”.
2. On Website (All Users): Status updates are shown directly during the exchange process. Refresh the page (F5) if needed.
3. Email Notifications (Registered Users): Automatic status updates are sent to your registered email.
