Incorrect Recipient Account Details
I entered incorrect recipient account information, and the funds have not been received. What recourse do I have?
Please be advised that Godbex is unable to provide refunds in cases where incorrect recipient account information has been submitted by the user.
Due to the inherent nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible once initiated. Consequently, funds dispatched to an erroneously provided recipient address cannot be retrieved by Godbex.
Our capacity for assistance in such situations is limited to providing transaction details, including the destination address to which the funds were transmitted.
Users are therefore strongly urged to exercise meticulous diligence in verifying the accuracy of all recipient account information prior to initiating any transaction. Godbex accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from user-input errors in account details.
