Required Information for Law Enforcement Requests

To expedite processing, law enforcement requests must include the following:

  • Agency Name: Full name of the law enforcement agency.
  • Officer Authority: Proof of officer’s authorization and current position.
  • Officer ID: Badge number or internal identification number.
  • Official Email: Email address from a government domain.
  • Gov. Contact Info: Government organization email and phone number.
  • Entity Name: Specify “Godbex Technology Limited” as the entity.
  • Request Details:
    • Subject Line ID: Request ID number in the email subject.
    • Addresses/TxIDs: Public addresses/transaction IDs in text or Excel (no PDFs).
    • Response Timeframe: Reasonable timeframe for response.
    • Mutual Legal Assistance (if applicable): Explicitly state if MLA is required.
